5. Period of storage of Your personal data

We store Your personal data for 10 years after Your last visit to eye clinic LIREMA. For the purpose of appointment registration and request administration your personal data is stored for 2 years.

We ensure implementation of these rights and provision of any related information upon Your request or enquiry:
1) to know (be informed) about the processing of Your personal data;
2) to gain access to Your personal data and to know how it is processed;
3) to request rectification, erasure of Your personal data or restriction of processing, with the exception of storage;

6) to request transfer of Your personal data in a commonly used and machine-readable format to you or to another party;

8. Changes in policy

LIREMA eye clinic has a right to partly or fully change its privacy policy by announcing it in its website lirema.se . Further use of our website means You comply to this policy. All disputes and disagreements shall be settled by negotiation. In case the agreement is not reached, the disputes shall be subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden .
